We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, providing services to blithequark via Allegis Global Solutions. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll play a critical role in testing, validating, and launching new technology at customer locations. Job Summary We're looking for a customer-facing professional with experience in program management, process development, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technology, provide technical and CX feedback, and collect customer feedback to quantify the impact of new technology. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met. Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption. Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, analyzing data to inform future development. Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications: A 4-year degree in a science or engineering field, providing a solid foundation for technical analysis and problem-solving. Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering results. Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences. Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, providing advanced knowledge and skills. Scripting skills, enabling efficient data analysis and automation. Formal coursework/training in project management, enhancing organizational and leadership abilities. What We Offer Contract Details: Contract length: 11 months, providing a long-term opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Location: Remote (50% travel, so best to be near a main US airline hub), offering flexibility and work-life balance. Pay range: $38 - $42 per hour, competitive compensation for a contract role.
