**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to customers, and promoting our products and services to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing inbound calls in a timely manner in a multi-bank environment
* Receiving and processing telephone service requests, including retail banking, debit cards, digital banking, and business banking and treasury management
* Demonstrating and promoting a 100% commitment to providing a best-in-class experience for our internal and external customers
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of careerzynith procedures, policies, and banking regulations
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools available
* Meeting personal and customer care center team targets and call handling quotas
* Following all careerzynith policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
* Performing other related duties as assigned or directed
* Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers and prospects; actively participating in the department's digital referral program
* Working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required; schedule subject to change based on department needs and customer demand
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Agent at careerzynith, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of experience in banking or finance; call center experience is preferred
* Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills, and a high analytical ability
* Assertiveness with the ability to influence others; effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple-task environment with a high-disruption rate
* Conflict resolution skills with minimum negative impact on all parties
* Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet goals in all areas
* Self-starter with forward-thinking capabilities and good organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Care Center software experience is desirable
