**Job Summary**

As a 3rd shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls to ensure seamless communication with customers
* Handle various customer inquiries and requests with accuracy and professionalism
* Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Utilize Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information to build trust and loyalty
* Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details to ensure seamless collaboration
* Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls to maintain high-quality service standards
* Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company to support the growth and success of careerzynith
* High interaction with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Essential Qualifications**

* Must be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area to ensure effective communication with customers and technicians
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; relevant work experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education
* Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
* Previous dispatch experience a plus, but not required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving conflicts
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with a focus on adaptability and resilience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on using technology to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Ability to work from home efficiently, with a focus on maintaining a productive and organized workspace
* Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, with a focus on meeting the needs of customers and ensuring seamless service delivery

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience a plus, but not required
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and building strong relationships
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues and finding creative solutions
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and loyalty with customers
