You'll be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing top-notch support. If you're passionate about delivering world-class customer service, have a knack for problem-solving, and are eager to learn and grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience on our platform * Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner * Develop expertise in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to provide accurate and informed support * Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues * Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in a support role, handling email and/or chat services * Availability to work overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST * Weekend availability required * Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations * Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-first mindset * Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills * Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred * Previous start-up experience is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, but not required * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in taking care of our employees and providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
