You will work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve questions, and seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience on our platform Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and professional manner Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to provide accurate and helpful support Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement process improvements Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of experience in customer support, handling email and/or chat services Availability to work overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST, including weekends Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom A customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional support Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, but not required Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred Previous start-up experience is a plus Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Proficiency in using customer support software and tools Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
