About the Role
As a Customer Experience Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers across a variety of channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary goal will be to empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution, while serving as a liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our product.
Engage with customers across multiple channels to provide exceptional support and advocacy

Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve our product
Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our platform and developer toolkit
Create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base
Advise customers about new features and functionalities
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, advocating for our customers, and collaborating with internal teams to improve our product. You'll also have the opportunity to lead online webinars and one-on-one demos, create documentation, and advise customers on new features and functionalities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience being a plus. You should also have a strong understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk being an asset.
