**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers through email and live chat. You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Using internal communication software to collaborate with your teammates, management, and other departments
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and implementing solutions to optimize their interactions with our brand
**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking a self-motivated and creative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you're a:

* Innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box and comes up with creative solutions
* Sensitive and skilled communicator who can adapt your tone and style to suit your audience
* Eager learner who is excited to learn new technology systems and procedures
* Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once
* Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a knack for using keyboard shortcuts
* Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
* Excited to represent careerzynith and facilitate meaningful customer interactions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, to fulfill your shifts
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit**
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are definite plus factors in this role.
