Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering world-class customer service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
* Mastering our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments using our internal communication software
* Identifying and solving customer pain points and trends to optimize their experience and drive loyalty
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology systems and procedures to continuously improve your skills and performance

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus!
