You'll be the technical expert, leading conversations on cutting-edge cloud offers and driving decisions to align with arenaflex services and delivery team innovation and capabilities. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for cloud native architecture, system design, and technical stakeholder engagement, we invite you to join our diverse and inclusive team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineer in our Distributed Cloud Solutions team, your key responsibilities will include: * Creating and executing on new cloud offers, developing the business case, securing alignment from respective teams, addressing budget needs, and driving executive buy-in * Serving as a technical advisor and point of contact for strategic customers and accounts with non-standard requests and innovation needs * Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior cross-functional key stakeholders in customer and/or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services * Strategizing surrounding solution code development in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders (as needed) * Traveling to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required, acting as a public advocate for arenaflex **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications: * 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role * 8 years of experience in system design and one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.) * 3 years of experience using ML/AI and building solutions * Experience with edge computing, distributed systems, or data center transformation * Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders * Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience * Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems * Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses * Experience managing distributed teams on large-scale programs globally * Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space **What We Offer** As a Customer Engineer in our Distributed Cloud Solutions team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary and bonus structure * Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs * Generous paid time off and vacation policy * Opportunities for professional growth and development through training and mentorship programs * Collaborative and inclusive work environment with a diverse team of talented professionals * Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for cloud native architecture and technical stakeholder engagement, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
