**Experienced Customer Engineer – Cloud Solutions and Technical Support**

You'll work closely with our sales teams, product managers, and engineering teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Your expertise in cloud-based technologies, technical support, and customer-facing skills will enable you to provide exceptional value to our clients and drive business growth for arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to showcase arenaflex's cloud-based solutions and unique differentiators (e.g., whiteboarding, slide presentations, product showcases, white papers, trial management, and response records). * Collaborate with arenaflex's cloud-based products to demonstrate and model integrations in client/partner scenarios. * Investigate and propose combination strategies, project designs, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a comprehensive solution successfully. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events up to 25% of the time, depending on the situation. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or equivalent experience. * Experience with specialized deal designing in a distributed computing environment or a client-facing role. * Experience with heritage and current application development, cloud administration delivery, and deployment. * Experience with holders and related technologies. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cutting-edge areas of networking, Linux, SDN, virtualization, open standards, application performance optimization, load balancing, DNS, VPNs, and their application to PaaS/IaaS advancements, and large-scale VMware deployments. * Experience creating mobile designs using API management, microservice architectures, and PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry, etc.). * Experience with cloud-native programming development procedures and tools for application development/deployment stages (e.g., CI/CD). * Experience with logging/monitoring of hybrid cloud applications. * Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT innovation space. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent technical skills in cloud-based technologies, including Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud platforms. * Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, security, and compliance. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, sales teams, product managers, and engineering teams. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
