**Experienced Customer Engagement Account Executive Lead – Digital Energy Efficiency Programs**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Account Executive Lead to join our growing Customer Engagement team. As an Account Executive Lead, you will work directly with our customer engagement clients and internal departments to design and deliver digital energy efficiency programs that help their customers save energy and improve home comfort. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change. **Key Responsibilities** As an Account Executive Lead, you will be responsible for: * Managing and growing relationships with key e-commerce accounts, including but not limited to marketplaces, limited time offerings, kit programs. * Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. * Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, software development, and supply chain to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives. * Monitoring and optimizing product listings, including content, pricing, and promotions, to maximize visibility and conversion. * Providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. * Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce platforms to maintain a competitive edge. * Resolving any issues or challenges related to e-commerce accounts in a timely and effective manner. * Leading project management efforts for new site launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and successful implementation. * Collaborating with the software development team to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project objectives for new site launches. * Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) efforts to ensure that new sites meet functional requirements and deliver an optimal user experience. * Providing training and documentation on new promotions to ensure internal alignment. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3+ years experience in client and account relations. * 2+ years experience in either retail, e-commerce, or energy efficiency programs. * Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of professionalism while representing clients. * Enthusiasm for client relations and relationship building. **Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience** While not required, the following skills, education, and experience would be beneficial: * Exceptional time management, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Asana, a plus. * Experience in the energy, sustainability, or environmental management fields, a plus. * Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. **Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications for the position. * A discretionary annual bonus. * Three weeks of paid vacation per year. * Paid holidays. * A 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching. * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * Other supplemental benefits. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, marital status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
