As an Experienced Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, communications) is preferred
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
* Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems
* Strong learning agility, flexibility, and adaptability to learn new things and apply that learning to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment

* Bi-lingual skills, with a $3,000 pay differential available for qualified candidates
