* Utilize Careerzynith's customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and resolve issues
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Careerzynith's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 customer support coverage
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers via chat
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
