**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance to resolve their issues.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
* Assisting customers in navigating our platform and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.

**Qualifications**

* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
