**Job Summary**

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our customer support team, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online chat. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to deliver seamless customer experiences that exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Perform outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth
* Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
* Review customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
* Utilize your sales acumen to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**

* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple emails and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
* Solid sales acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
* Determination to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
* Personal accountability is a necessity, with a focus on taking ownership of your work and delivering results
* Contact Center background is preferred, with experience in a similar role or industry
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish
