**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Specialist with careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, email, and chat support. You'll work closely with our sales team to educate customers about the benefits of Good Feet arch supports and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound calls from customers across all careerzynith store locations
* Transfer calls to the appropriate store location and return calls as needed
* Remedy customer concerns or issues by being an available voice, routing calls accurately, and following up as needed
* Schedule appointments for multiple stores via Google Calendars
* Listen to customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
* Collaborate with the sales team to educate customers about the benefits of Good Feet arch supports
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up processes

**Requirements**

* **Required Skills/Abilities:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Detail-oriented, especially with follow-up processes
+ Ability to work alternating Saturdays until 5:00 pm
* **Education/Experience:**
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D
* **Physical Requirements:**
+ Prolonged sitting and typing at a computer
+ Occasional travel to Richmond, VA
