**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing top-notch customer support via chat and email, guiding users through our mobile banking app and ensuring they have an exceptional experience in English
* Serving as the voice of our customers, sharing their feedback, and reporting issues to help us improve our product and services
* Collaborating with various teams to drive product development and have a direct impact on our offerings
* Representing careerzynith and building trustful relationships with our customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, with a preference for experience in the banking or financial services industry and dealing with European-based SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises)
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle complex customer issues
* Good observational skills to identify areas for process and product improvement
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
* Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
* Ability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
* You'll need to be based in the Philippines
* Bring your own device – you'll need to work with your own, private laptop and ensure a stable internet connection
