As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and providing support to our customers and employees.

**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will be responsible for:
* Researching, responding to, and resolving customer inquiries within 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact
* Addressing customer payment and invoice questions, and assisting with desired changes to their accounts
* Providing support to careerzynith employees with questions and problems
* Delivering a great careerzynith customer experience, resolving difficult challenges diplomatically
* Ensuring quality of work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
* Performing other tasks as assigned
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, ERP systems, and Data Entry
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and telephone skills
* Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
* Regular and predictable attendance
