Experienced Customer Care Specialist, FinOps – Delivering Exceptional Financial Services Experience (Remote Eligible)

**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Specialist on our FinOps team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with financial-related inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with careerzynith. This is a remote-eligible position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries from customers within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer impact
* Answer customer payment and invoice questions
* Assist customers with desired changes to their account
* Assist careerzynith employees with questions and problems
* Provide a great careerzynith customer experience
* Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically to best assist the customer and careerzynith
* Quality of work to include timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
* Other tasks as assigned
**What We're Looking For**
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems
* Experience with ERP systems
* Experience with Data Entry
* 1+ years of Customer Service experience
* Excellent verbal and telephone skills
* Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
* Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
