**Key Responsibilities**

* Assisting customers with their queries, concerns, and issues related to products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Continuously improving customer satisfaction by leveraging strategic insights, analyzing customer feedback, and providing tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest EV technology, features, and services, applying this knowledge to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
