As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a difference in your community, then we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner * Providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner * Utilizing arenaflex's systems and technology to access customer information and resolve issues * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * 1 year of call center experience * 6 months of customer service experience * Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills * High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps) * A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls * Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment * Knowledge of arenaflex's systems and technology * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets **Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and respect for all employees.
