**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming new customers and helping them navigate our Service Center
* Providing thoughtful and professional customer care, addressing their questions and concerns
* Collaborating with our award-winning Service Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Reaching out to valued customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, and manufacturer recalls
* Scheduling appointments and communicating with customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Participating in team challenges and competitions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive sector (a plus)
* Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find agreeable options for our customers
* Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities
* A track record of dependability and teamwork
* Readiness to learn new software and technology
