**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Generating sales leads by identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
* Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their needs are met
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school degree or equivalent
* Experience in waste hauling/management is a huge plus
* Bilingual is preferred
* Data entry experience

* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of waste management and recycling practices
* Certification in customer service or a related field
