About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer care representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Provide excellent customer service through active listening and proactive issue resolution Work with confidential customer information and maintain the highest level of sensitivity and discretion Aim to resolve issues on the first call, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Communicate effectively with customers, including providing video support when needed Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and ability to type 25 wpm High school graduate or equivalent, and at least 18 years of age Predictable and reliable attendance, with a strong commitment to your work schedule Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 6-12 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success Consistent work history and a strong commitment to your professional development Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly Some technical background, with experience working with various software applications and systems Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, and a minimum of 4GB RAM Wired Ethernet LAN connection and a reliable internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
