About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:

Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Providing feedback on call issues and suggesting improvements
Upselling products or services when required


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months of customer service experience preferred
High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
Proven oral and written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues
Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities


Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

Personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
Wired Ethernet LAN connection and internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
Minimum of 4GB RAM
Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Internet connections cannot be satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
Proof of internet speed required
Clean and quiet workspace
