Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team. As a remote team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing blithequark's values of integrity, respect, and care. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. You will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs. Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries related to travel arrangements. Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful. Educate customers on blithequark's policies, procedures, and services, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information. Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness, sharing knowledge and best practices to continually improve customer experiences and processes. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the industry. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as customer service, hospitality, or aviation. Previous experience in the travel or airline industry, with knowledge of airline operations and customer service procedures. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in multiple languages, with ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
