Job Responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications
