Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from across the United States.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:


Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries.
Providing support for customer complaints and finding resolutions to issues in a timely manner.
Educating customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services.
Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness.
Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
