Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
Experience: Previous Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
Skills: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Strong Problem-Solving Abilities, Ability to Work Independently and Remotely, Proficiency in Using Computer Systems and Navigating Through Software Applications.
Work Environment: Reliable Internet Connection and a Quiet, Distraction-Free Workspace at Home.
