**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, live chat, and email. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will have a direct impact on our company's reputation and growth. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, live chat, and email
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

**Schedule and Work Environment**

* Work a 4-day shift (weekend) schedule, with 10 hours per shift
* Flexible schedule per day, with the following open times:
+ Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
+ Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
+ Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
+ Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
* Work from a secure and quiet home office with a strong Internet connection
* arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment and training

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
* Quarterly bonus opportunities
* 2 weeks paid time off per year

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
