**Job Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our large number of plan members. You will:
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions
* Provide accurate and timely information to help plan members understand their coverage and options
* Offer solutions to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with a team to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
* Ability to work in a virtual environment and meet productivity standards
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
