Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive sales by identifying and securing all relevant sales opportunities.
Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
Work with the Field Sales team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships.
Take incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Provide customers with product information.
Process orders.
Competencies
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Education/Experience
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
Language Ability
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Must be able to speak clearly.
Math Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, you should have knowledge of SAP or similar software programs.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is moderately high. Must be able to focus on task with background noise.
Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time.
