Respond to customer requests for information and assistance through various channels, including telephone, email, and written correspondence.
Inform customers about our products, services, policies, and procedures, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
Serve as a backup switchboard receptionist, supporting our reception team as needed.
Assume additional projects or responsibilities as assigned to support the Customer Care Department, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to team success.


Qualifications and Skills

A high school diploma or GED, coupled with experience in customer service, preferably within a consumer-focused environment.
