About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to providing world-class customer service in an incoming call center environment. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients and drivers via phone, email, or chat, addressing first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing inquiries.
Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues and striving for first call resolution.
Exhibit empathy during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience and assess customer needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets and work effectively in a team environment, providing back-up support for administrative tasks when needed.
Regularly attend work during scheduled shifts and maintain a quiet dedicated work area, ensuring all company-sensitive documents are secure.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year(s) customer service work experience required, contact center experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Telecommuting Requirements:
Quiet dedicated work area.
Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable).
Access to a high-speed internet connection.
Ability to attend in-office training, meetings, and events.
