Key Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of incoming calls and engage in part-facing talks to provide information, resolve issues, and offer support to customers
Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions, resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
Offer compensation and alternatives as required, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints
Act as a liaison between customers, sellers, purchasing, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues


Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Online business Customer Service Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program (provided by arenaflex)
Prior customer service experience preferred
Proficient in client support, computer education, professional business writing, and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off


Preferred Qualifications

Solid background in customer service, including excellent relational skills, prompt friendly assistance, and exceptional follow-through
Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues independently
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bilingual capabilities a plus
