Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, providing clear and concise information to address their needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is handled with precision and attention to detail. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations. Collaborate with our dispatch team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with our clients, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
