Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our 24/7 operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Working with aviation experts to utilize data and solve operational business challenges
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety, security, and compliance


Center Assignments
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of the following teams:

Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategies, tools, and sustainability policies for our $14 billion annual fuel consumption


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings
Commitment to safety and security, with a focus on self and others
Embracing diversity, thinking, and styles


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning
Leadership experience, including student and community organizations
