**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
* Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and handling objections
* Maintaining accurate records and data in accordance with established procedures
* Complying with administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales and customer service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
