Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from business owners and decision-makers, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities


Respond to inbound calls from business owners and decision-makers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems

Build rapport with clients, establish trust, and provide exceptional customer service
Identify client needs, offer solutions, and promote American Express products and services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:


Bachelor's degree
At least two years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
