If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, navigating complex healthcare issues, and growing with a dynamic organization, we invite you to.Position Purpose: As a Customer CareProfessional I at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our members, handling incoming and outbound calls in our healthcare contact center. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to engage with members * Gathering and verifying demographic information using standard computer software and systems * Utilizing tools and critical thinking to identify immediate caller needs, including potential crisis calls, and routing calls to the most suitable resource according to established standard operating procedures * Documenting all call information according to approved operating procedures * Employing verbal communication strategies to effectively elicit information, gain confidence from the caller, and provide reassurance * Accurately identifying the caller's presenting concerns and documenting them per protocol * Identifying and employing alternative approaches to communicate with callers when encountering barriers and escalating as needed * Meeting quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including punctuality and attendanceKey Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Gather and verify demographic information to ensure accurate member data * Utilize problem-solving skills to identify immediate caller needs and route calls to the most suitable resource * Document all call information according to approved operating procedures * Employ verbal communication strategies to effectively engage with callers and provide reassurance * Identify and escalate potential crisis calls to ensure member safety and well-being * Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including punctuality and attendance EssentialQualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center environment * Experience with bolthires Office applications and data entry systems * Experience with data entry and call documentation * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Bilingual in Spanish preferred PreferredQualifications: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Proficiency in bolthires Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with data entry and call documentation * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentationCareer Growth Opportunities and LearningBenefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.As a Customer CareProfessional I, you'll have access to: * Comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace that values and respects all employees Work Environment and Company Culture: arenaflex is a diversified, national organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.We're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all employees.
