About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team, working remotely and earning a competitive hourly rate of $25. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of arenaflex Small Business Services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Record important account data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, intelligence, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment Knowledge of arenaflex products and services Experience with data entry and record-keeping Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High level of integrity and professionalism Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
