**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with their claims. Your role will involve:

* Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim
* Listening attentively to their concerns, solving problems, and providing personalized solutions
* Using your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
* Collaborating with customers to find a resolution that meets their needs
* Utilizing technology to multi-task and manage calls efficiently

**Ideal Candidate**

**Schedule and Availability**

We're hiring for the following schedules:

* Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
* Saturday and Sunday 10am-6:30pm
* This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
* We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the importance of your flexibility and commitment

**Training and Development**

When you start, we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success as a Customer Care Professional. Our training program includes:

* A combination of virtual "class room" and "on-the-job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration
* Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break
* Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you grow and develop your skills
