About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care while working in a fast-paced, organized client care environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clients, including explaining the features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's services Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through consultative relationship building, active listening, and solid written and verbal communication Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols Complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices Working in a speed measurement climate with the ability to perform multiple tasks and routes in an electronic environment Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least two years of experience in client support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and solid written and verbal communication A high school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of industry-leading customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with data entry and record-keeping Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication What We Offer As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: A competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance A 401(k) retirement plan with company match Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally A dynamic and supportive work environment with a focus on collaboration and communication How to Apply If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
