**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing a team of customer care representatives to achieve efficiency goals and identify opportunities for sales growth
* Encouraging a culture that focuses on delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligning with careerzynith's mission
* Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and wellness issues promptly
* Implementing adherence to careerzynith policies and procedures among all team members
* Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing consistent feedback to improve individual and team performance
* Maintaining office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with careerzynith's dress code and training policies
* Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed as a Customer Care Manager at careerzynith, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training abilities
* Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
* Ability to develop collaborative relationships as a well-respected, trusted partner
* Excellent time management and composed and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
* Valid driver's license required
