Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the daily campervan rental business, including handovers and returns of vehicles with our station team. * Ensure a seamless customer journey, with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Support the Station Manager in personnel planning and training our agents to continuously develop the team. * Maintain our quality standards, particularly in customer interactions. **What you need to ride the wave with us** * A successful completion of a relevant education and at least 2-3 years of experience in the campervan rental, tourism, or related industries. * A high level of service and customer orientation, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers face-to-face. * A problem-solving and organizational talent, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations. * Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. * A valid Class B driving license. **Ready to surf?** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in customer care, we want to hear from you!
