**Job Overview**
As a Customer Care Intern, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat
* Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
* Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
* Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
* Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
* Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
* Updating CRM (Change current course to completed modules)
* Handling complicated queries that are not resolved by the first contact person
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Familiarity with our industry is a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling tough cases
