Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Executive - Sales at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Managing inbound and outbound voice processes and customer service inquiries to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Supporting new customer registrations and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and a positive customer experience.
Managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone, providing clear and concise solutions to resolve issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Managing leads and customers via click-to-call and references, converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
Utilizing positive language and active listening skills to build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1-5 years of experience in voice process, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to resolve customer queries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
Proficiency in using positive language and tone to build trust and rapport with customers.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
SSC/HSC or any graduate degree, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Punjabi language skills are an asset, but not required.
