Your primary focus will be on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional service across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media * Handling customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and customer-centric mindset * Actively managing customer service-related documents for internal tracking and cross-team awareness * Maintaining a high level of service awareness at all times * Working cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Supporting the reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a degree, high diploma, or associate degree in a relevant field. Experience in customer service or related fields is highly preferred, and experience in the e-commerce industry will be a plus. You'll also need to be fluent in Chinese and English for both spoken and written communication.
