**The Role**
As a Customer Care At-Home Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional sales and customer experience support to our customers via live chat. You'll be responsible for:
* Moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue
* Establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
* Organizing, planning, and executing tele-sales activities
* Providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat
**Requirements**
* Sales experience
* General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
* Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format

* Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership
