**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Associate II, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property damage claims. You'll support borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls, and process complaints and handle disbursement of claim funds. Your expertise will be essential in assisting customers obtain proof of their property insurance coverage and ensuring insurance premiums for escrowed loans are received and paid on time.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Meet and exceed arenaflex's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Build and maintain relationships with Leadership and Team organizations
* Meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
* Update records and note system as required
* Develop and manage customer relationships and serve as a resource to customers
* Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims to resolve customer inquiries
* Deliver timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

**Education and Experience**

* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

* This job does not have supervisory duties

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Compensation offered for this role is $17.69 - 23.82 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications
